Parts Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Grieco Nissan. Please review our return policy before placing your order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Parts must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Parts must be uninstalled, unused, clean, and in the original packaging (including labels, instructions, and all hardware).
Returns require the original invoice or order confirmation.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Any Electrical
Special-order or factory-ordered parts not stocked in our inventory.
Any part damaged due to improper installation or misuse.
Parts without original packaging or with missing/damaged labels.
3. Grieco Nissan Inventory Policy
Parts that are not stocked in our inventory and must be ordered from Nissan are not eligible for return or refund.
If a part is selected for Local Pickup but must be specially ordered from Nissan, it is considered a final sale and cannot be refunded.
4. Restocking Fees
A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns unless the return is due to our error.
5. Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective part.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. We will arrange replacement or credit for incorrect or damaged items.
7. Warranty
Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer inspection and terms. Installation costs, labor, or consequential damages are not covered.
